They could have spent their Saturday partying it out in Sentosa, strolling at the Gardens by the Bay, or simply window-shopping along Orchard Road.

But, dedicated members and volunteers of the Progress Singapore Party family, young and old, chose to focus their full efforts getting things done right – right down to the detail – at the party’s launch on 3 August 2019.

Some 100 of them swamped the Swissotel Merchant Court across last Friday and Saturday,  working tirelessly (sometimes up to 14 hours a day!) to tend to issues like transport, logistics, refreshments, and guest management.

It was a scramble, but a satisfying one.

Said 39-year-old Joseph Sin (the handsome young gentleman giving the thumbs-up below below):

“Of course tired lah. But we believe that the PSP’s vision is the right one for Singapore, and we’re all happy to do our best for the cause.”

Thanks to their efforts, the PSP played host to 1000 enthusiastic event guests, and our live broadcast of the launch seamlessly reached 28,000 viewers.

An encouraging start, and the start of more to come!
