“I want to build a Singapore that can better address Singaporeans’ struggles, from economic inequality to cost-of-living concerns. A Singapore where policies are inclusive and cater to all segments of society, especially those in the middle-income bracket who bear the weight of escalating living costs. I also want to maintain my close ties with the Malay community and ensure that their points of view are taken into account in policymaking.”
