About Kayla

Kayla is an accomplished Chief Operating Officer and International Finance Professional with over 10 years of experience operating in a global environment. She currently runs a group of 11 local and 4 overseas companies spanning retail, manufacturing, transportation and travel which is the Top 3 largest inbound travel company in Singapore.

She advocates for the increase in support for the needy, underprivileged and local SMEs suffering from the effects of the pandemic. Her mission in entering politics is to push for compassion and moderation in the present hardnosed policies of the PAP government.

Another key concern is the liberal employment policies that have contributed to high unemployment among Singaporeans, especially the PMETs. In the last decade, she has observed the harrowing predicament of Singaporeans due to the government’s immigration and foreign worker policies which have caused a widening of income gap.

She believes in positive politics – the positive impact of good governance and working together with stakeholders to build a kinder and compassionate home for Singaporeans. She hopes for a better life for Singaporeans and future generations.
