Mr Speaker Sir, Perhaps the most noteworthy thing about this year’s Budget statement was the amount of support measures provided to Singaporeans without any additional major tax increases announced. Mr Speaker Sir, The Significant Investments Review Bill seeks to protect Singapore’s national security interests by regulating significant investments in and control of critical entities.
