A’bas has over 40 years of management, coaching, training, facilitating and advisory experience.

He wants a compassionate Singapore, committed to reducing income inequality, and increasing educational opportunity and is willing to render a helping hand to fellow countrymen who encounter hardships or illnesses requiring costly or prolonged treatment.

Abas is an active member of the Malay community and wants to enrich them with good career opportunities for upward movement and seeks to create a level playing field for them. He is concerned about the lack of opportunities for Malays in certain vocations in Singapore. He hopes to see a more egalitarian society.
